About the Site

This site has been up and running since early 2008. It is an extension of my fascination with traditional black & white photography and its main purpose is to provide me with the possibility to showcase my images. Hence, I will continually be updating and expanding its contents. The site is a commercial free one and I have no affiliation with, or interest in, any of the companies or organisations mentioned on the site.

Besides having a look at the gallery you can visit the links pages which comprises more than 1600 links! The main focus of these links is traditional/classical photography, but seeing that the only difference between film-based and digital photography is the light capturing device, my guess is that the digital photographer can find plenty of interesting links there as well, e.g. cameras (with different backs), lenses, flashes, tripods, light meters etc. There really is a wealth of free, solid information about photography out there and because I have enjoyed reading what other people write, as well as learned a lot from it, I only thought it fair that I posted some links so that others could do the same. Turned out to be plenty in the end.

The third alternative is to visit the download page (found under the "Miscellaneous" heading) and grab something nice for your desktop or screensaver.
